2. General Information on Data Processing
The protection of your personal data is important to us. This website collects and processes personal data only to the extent technically necessary for the operation of the website.
We use no cookies, no tracking and no analytics tools. No user profiles are created at any point.
3. Hosting & Server Log Files
This website is hosted on a privately operated Apache web server. Each time a page is accessed, the server automatically stores information in server log files. These include:
- IP address of the requesting device (anonymised after 7 days)
- Date and time of access
- Name of the page / file accessed
- Amount of data transferred
- Notification of whether the access was successful
- Browser type and version, and operating system
- Referrer URL (previously visited page)
This data is processed solely for the purpose of ensuring technical operation and defending against attacks. It is not merged with other data sources. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest).
4. No Cookies, No Tracking
This website uses no cookies — neither technically necessary nor optional. No tracking technologies, analytics services (e.g. Google Analytics, Matomo) or retargeting tools are used. Your visit to this website is not analysed or stored beyond the server log files described above.
5. No External Resources
All resources used on this website — in particular fonts (Anton & Poppins via Fontsource) — are served locally from our own server. No requests are made to external servers (e.g. Google Fonts, CDNs, social media pixels). No data is therefore transmitted to third parties when you visit this website.
6. Contact via Email
If you contact us by email, the data you provide (name, email address, message content) will be processed and stored to handle your enquiry. This data will not be passed on to third parties. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest in responding to enquiries) or Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR where the enquiry relates to the conclusion of a contract. Data will be deleted once it is no longer required for processing.
7. SSL Encryption
This website uses SSL encryption (HTTPS) for security and to protect data transmission. You can recognise an encrypted connection by the fact that your browser's address bar displays "https://" and a padlock icon. When SSL encryption is active, the data you submit to us cannot be read by third parties.
8. Your Rights as a Data Subject
Under the GDPR, you have the following rights:
- Access (Art. 15 GDPR): You may request information about the data we hold about you.
- Rectification (Art. 16 GDPR): You may request correction of inaccurate data.
- Erasure (Art. 17 GDPR): You may request deletion of your data, unless a legal retention obligation applies.
- Restriction of processing (Art. 18 GDPR): You may request that we restrict the processing of your data.
- Data portability (Art. 20 GDPR): You may request that we provide your data in a structured, commonly used format.
- Objection (Art. 21 GDPR): You may object to the processing of your data where it is based on a legitimate interest.
To exercise your rights, please contact us at: rene@wildproject.pro
9. Right to Lodge a Complaint with a Supervisory Authority
You have the right to lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority concerning our processing of your personal data (Art. 77 GDPR). The competent authority depends on your place of residence or the location of the alleged infringement. A list of German data protection authorities can be found at: www.bfdi.bund.de
